Because of how quick the turnaround was for the sale and her current relationship with the sellers, Christina was able to give us all the correct advice to sell our old house, while helping to navigate through the process of buying the new one. We listened to her advice when it came to selling our old house and not only did the house look great for pictures and showings, but it was priced exactly right and we were able to sell our old house quickly. And as friendly as she is, she's strong when she needs to be. She stood firm when it came to the final negotiations and closing and we were able to get the deal done! Plus, her recommendations for lawyers, loan agents, etc. were wonderful!

She had photographer and stager at the house and brighted up things. little thing we would have never thought of. She and her family are all from the area so she knows it extremely well. After 2 years of 2 different realtors helping us look for a home in Long Hill Township Warren Township area- my husband and I met Christina at a social gathering in early spring 2016 and within weeks, Christina found us our first home!
Christina understood our budget limitations and financial situation and worked really hard in finding us the right home in the location we desired. She was quick and resourceful on our move to purchase with the home barely on the market a week. She is intuitive and knew this home was right for us.
Christina was patient, and she wasn't pushy. She LISTENED to the buyer which was something we found our previous two realtors were not doing. She was devoted to finding us a home and she made it happen.
We would absolutely recommend Christina to anyone who is purchasing or selling their home in the Warren Twp., Basking Ridge and Long Hill area. Christina has a great can do attitude and super nice personality. She knows the local market conditions and the area and I believe she priced my house correctly. Within a few days she arranged an open house for realtors, providing coffee and donuts and followed this up at the weekend with an open house. Despite it being a horrible rainy day she attracted a lot of interest. She produced a stunning pictorial brochure of the house showing all of the rooms at their very best. She gave us expert advice on what needed doing to make the house more attractive.
The bottom line is that Christina is a person I would highly recommend, her efforts sold my house for the asking price extremely quickly. She handled the whole transaction efficiently and with a smile.
