From our first meeting in Deember to our close in early June sh was with us every step of the way. keeping us informed and up to date. She had photographer and stager at the house and brighted up things. little thing we would have never thought of. She and her family are all from the area so she knows it extremely well. On closing day she called and told me no issues with walk thru and after settlemnt called again said it was done. If you are selling in area she is your go to realtor.. Oh and her husband Bob who helps her is outstanding. Two truly wonderful people, both professionally and personally. cant say enoug good things about them

She was always available and responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I felt she knew the area and the homes very well and had a good relationship with other realtors. We had an unfortunate experience where our first deal fell through (nothing to do with Christina). She kept us calm and explained the next steps. Christina was able to find another buyer and basically worked her magic right before Thanksgiving to close in 30 days while at the same time selling the buyers property in 3 days! Because of how quick the turnaround was for the sale and her current relationship with the sellers, Christina was able to give us all the correct advice to sell our old house, while helping to navigate through the process of buying the new one. We listened to her advice when it came to selling our old house and not only did the house look great for pictures and showings, but it was priced exactly right and we were able to sell our old house quickly. And as friendly as she is, she's strong when she needs to be. She stood firm when it came to the final negotiations and closing and we were able to get the deal done! Christina understood our budget limitations and financial situation and worked really hard in finding us the right home in the location we desired.
