I needed to sell my Mom and Dad’s house in Warren in 2017 after they had to be relocated. Christina went above and beyond what a realtor would normally do. Since I wasn’t close to the house we were selling, she did much of the extras, such as meeting with and finding the professionals who could do the work. I couldn’t have done it without her!

Because of how quick the turnaround was for the sale and her current relationship with the sellers, Christina was able to give us all the correct advice to sell our old house, while helping to navigate through the process of buying the new one. We listened to her advice when it came to selling our old house and not only did the house look great for pictures and showings, but it was priced exactly right and we were able to sell our old house quickly. And as friendly as she is, she's strong when she needs to be. She stood firm when it came to the final negotiations and closing and we were able to get the deal done! Plus, her recommendations for lawyers, loan agents, etc. were wonderful!

In fact, my brother and sister in law used her to purchase their home too! I have known Christina since high school, but I chose her as our realtor because of her top-notch reputation. Within a few days she arranged an open house for realtors, providing coffee and donuts and followed this up at the weekend with an open house. Despite it being a horrible rainy day she attracted a lot of interest. She produced a stunning pictorial brochure of the house showing all of the rooms at their very best. She gave us expert advice on what needed doing to make the house more attractive. The bottom line is that Christina is a person I would highly recommend, her efforts sold my house for the asking price extremely quickly. She handled the whole transaction efficiently and with a smile.

She was always available and responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I felt she knew the area and the homes very well and had a good relationship with other realtors. We had an unfortunate experience where our first deal fell through (nothing to do with Christina). She kept us calm and explained the next steps. Christina was able to find another buyer and basically worked her magic right before Thanksgiving to close in 30 days while at the same time selling the buyers property in 3 days!
